About Kimberly

Ms. Garno is an associate attorney at Terra Law Firm, P.A. and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September, 2010.

Prior to Joining Terra Law Firm, Kimberly practiced as a litigation attorney, representing financial lending institutions, national companies and businesses in collections, foreclosure, evictions, title curative actions and creditor’s rights, with the firms of Ronald R. Wolfe & Associates and Gilbert Garcia Group, P.A., both located in Tampa, Florida. She is experienced in trial practice and civil litigation, having obtained successful results for clients through evidentiary hearings, motion practice, and non jury trials.

Kimberly is admitted to practice in the Northern, Southern, and Middle Federal District Courts of Florida. She is active in the community as a Guardian ad Litem for Hillsborough County and a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Carrollwood Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.

Kimberly graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations in May, 2007. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law in May 2010, where she was the recipient of Dean’s List honors and recognized for exemplary performance in the college’s trial practice program.
