Mr. Felice is licensed to practice law in Ohio (since 1982) and in Florida (since 1990). He started his career in a general practice providing representation in the areas of family law, wills and estates, consumer law, real estate law, construction and litigation. Later in his career, Mr. Felice held executive positions with regional and national land development and home building companies. Through his employment, he gained experience in business, transactional real estate and community development including development of large scale, highly regulated and complex projects.

In 2008, Mr. Felice formed Terra Law Firm, P. A., and utilizes his broad experience representing individual, corporate and institutional clients in both personal and business matters. His practice currently emphasizes legal services to community associations, builders and developers.

Felice is a graduate of Kent State University (BBA), the University of Cincinnati (MBA) and the University of Akron School of Law (JD). He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Ohio State Bar, and is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and United States District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Kentucky, and Middle District of Florida. He is the principal of Terra Management Services, LLC. (a development consulting and community management firm), a member of several trade organizations and holds licenses as a Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1255715) and Community Association Manager (CAM36737).
